Orbis Kazakhstan Launches Valvoline Lubricants on Kazakh Market
Orbis Kazakhstan Group has officially launched the distribution of Valvoline-branded motor oils and lubricants in Kazakhstan. The distribution is managed by Auto Experts LLP, a subsidiary of Orbis Auto, which is part of the broader Orbis Kazakhstan Group.
Valvoline products will be available through a nationwide dealer network and via wholesale supply to corporate clients. This marks Orbis Kazakhstan’s first entry into the automotive lubricants and technical fluids segment.
Valvoline’s product range includes over 360 SKUs, covering motor and hydraulic oils, greases, coolants, industrial lubricants, and specialty oils for heavy equipment. The products are imported directly from Valvoline’s manufacturing facility in the Netherlands. Orbis Kazakhstan plans to supply up to 2 million liters of Valvoline lubricants annually, with a portion allocated for internal use across its group operations. The first shipments have already been delivered.
“Our goal is not just to expand the product portfolio, but to provide businesses in Kazakhstan with a tool to boost operational efficiency,” said Pyotr Yun, Head of Valvoline Distribution in Kazakhstan. “Valvoline lubricants are designed to perform under the most demanding conditions. We understand the challenges faced by truck and heavy machinery operators and are confident our products will deliver reliable performance.”
The group also plans to develop direct supply channels for Valvoline lubricants to enterprises operating large vehicle fleets. Retail sales will be available through Orbis Auto and Orbis Machinery outlets in major cities across Kazakhstan.
Valvoline, a global lubricants manufacturer founded in 1866 in the United States, specializes in motor oils for passenger cars, trucks, and specialized vehicles, as well as in technical fluids. In 2023, Valvoline became part of Saudi Aramco Group.
Valvoline products are engineered for use in industries exposed to heavy loads, extreme temperature fluctuations, and high levels of dust. Key sectors include logistics, construction, agriculture, and mining.
